You can choose any type of mushrooms you like.However, researchers from Pennsylvania StateUniversity found that there are two types of fungi thathave the highest antioxidant content.

Two types are crimini mushrooms (the little brown mushrooms) and portobello, which contain antioxidantssuch as long beans, red peppers, and carrots.
Also, by eating mushrooms the immune response will be stronger so that the lower rates of inflammation.
